  • What services do you offer?

    Well of Balance Counseling offers mental and behavioral health counseling for individuals, children/adolescents, couples and parents.

  • What do you specialize in?

    We specialize in working with individuals, children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, women's issues, parenting concerns, and eating disorders. At Well of Balance, we focus on educational and therapeutic services for all, including the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.

  • Do you take insurance?

    Yes! We are credentialed with insurances in New York, Maine and Utah. We are credentialed with Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and BCBS of Massachusetts. To find more information regarding insurances and verification of benefits, please contact us directly.

  • What are your rates/do you offer sliding scale?

    Our current private pay rate is $160 for individuals and $215 for couples and families.

    We do currently offer sliding scale rates. We believe that therapy should be affordable for where you are at financially and rates can be discussed on a case by case basis.

  • What are your credentials?

    Jasmine Hennep is the founder, and owner of Well of Balance Counseling Services. She is a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of NY, Maine and Utah. Jasmine obtained her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University where she also earned her Child and Adolescent specialization. Jasmine was also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Jasmine has over 7 years of experience in practicing CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy as well as undergoing various mindfulness trainings. Jasmine is also recognized as a Nationally Certified Counselor under NBCC.
